Day two was another busy day with a temperature that topped out at 99 degrees. About 50 Hollywood Movie and TV cars were in the parade down the Las Vegas Strip with the escort by the Las Vegas Metro Police Departments motor officers. We road past cheering fans on both sides of the strip going past all the iconic Las Vegas landmark casinos and resorts. We ended up at the Fremont Street area for display and presentation to thousands of fans. All of this was to raise money for Children,s Miracle Network a most noteworthy cause. This event was organized and managed by Paul Casey of Paul Casey Entertainment, LLC of Las Vegas. Many original stars from the shows or those responsible for the production of these movie cars along with other celebrities were in attendance.
After the show we had a VIP reception at the Golden Nugget Casino in the Gold Diggers Room overlooking Freemason Street. While this event was going on we were treated to a Fremont Street Experience of the star cars from the show itself.
While there I was able to touch base again with many in the entertainment industry such as Claudia Wells, Kevin Pike from the movies Jaws, ET, and Raiders of the Lost Ark to name a few, Paul Casey and many more. I even had a chance to talk to Mr. Spock of Star Trek fame.
Tomorrow we will have the star cars on display again on Fremont street Saturday all day.
